Details
Ramute Moye, PhD will lead a breathing exercise and share healthy living skills from her book, Choices for Healthy Living. There will also be time for Q&A and journaling. Read more about Ramute Moye.
Discuss things on your mind and heart, participate in a guided visualization, then journal. There will be prompts, snacks to share for in-person attendees, and a chance to share your words, if you feel so moved. You do not have to be a writer to participate, just willing to journal. While this experience may be therapeutic, the facilitators are not licensed therapists. Journals will be provided for in-person attendees. For adults and high school students.
