Community Conversation: WTTW/PBS Presents Southern Storytellers

PBS Books National Director and local resident Heather-Marie Montilla will show excerpts from the WTTW/PBS series, Southern Storytellers, and facilitate a discussion about storytelling in the Glen Ellyn community. Montilla will provide behind-the-scenes insights from the series, which celebrates community identity through the eyes of contemporary creators of literature, music, TV and film, including author Angie Thomas, poet Jericho Brown, musician Lyle Lovett, actress-turned-songwriter Mary Steenburgen, and screenwriter/songwriter Billy Bob Thornton. For all ages.
