The Library Board of Trustees meets on the third Monday of each month.

Join other parents, high school and middle school students, and professionals to learn about issues facing today’s youth. The Glenbard Parent Series engages top experts, parents, and school staff to become proactive and informed in pursuit of the mutual goal to strengthen our communities. Programs are free and open to the public.

The Friends operate a used book sale area in the library basement and hold public sales approximately every other month. To prepare for these sales, volunteers process and shelve donated items. Sorts are a great opportunity to socialize, chat about books, and help your library.

Work on your current project with other crafters or start a new project! Guest facilitators will provide a limited number of craft starter-kits. Light refreshments provided.

Enjoy bingo, coffee, and donuts. One bingo card per participant. Coffee, donuts, and bingo cards are provided, and prizes will be awarded to the winners. This free drop-in activity is offered in partnership with the Glen Ellyn Park District.

Memory Cafes are welcoming social gatherings for people living with changes in their memory or thinking, and the people who care about them. A Memory Cafe is a place to have fun together, talk with others who understand what you’re going through, and try something new!
