Discuss things on your mind and heart, participate in a guided visualization, then journal. There will be prompts, snacks to share for in-person attendees, and a chance to share your words, if you feel so moved.

OneInMath is a free program run by high school volunteers to empower the love of math in students in grade k-3. Register or to sign up to volunteer.
