CUB will also discuss Solar for All, Illinois' new low-income solar program, the difference between leasing and owning solar panels, and Solarize Chicagoland, a grassroots program combining volume purchasing with community education to make solar more accessible and affordable. Solarize Chicagoland is a partnership between CUB, and Cook, DuPage, Kane & Will counties.
