Drop-in workshops with activities for mind and body health for high school students. 

Art Mindfulness Techniques on June 09: 
Use word and color association to build and color a mandala, or diagram of the universe, to enhance creative output and coping skill.

Music as a Coping Skill on June 23:
Curate a personal playlist through talking about why specific songs offer comfort, affirmation, or excitement. Explore sound science to learn how music can regulate emotions to help you focus or study. Learn how themes in music can lift your mental state.   

Mental Health Journaling on July 14
Learn how to use habit trackers - tools to record your actions and provide visual feedback on your progress - and bullet journaling techniques to manage your workload and set personal goals. Also learn how to use creative writing and journaling as an effective coping mechanism. 

Dealing with the Feeling on August 11
Learn mindfulness and acceptance-based skills to navigate changing emotions in a step-by-step engaging activity. Also learn how to feel, accept, manage, and share your emotions.
