Listen and contribute as a group of 8-10 members of the Glen Ellyn community discuss their passions, culture and roles and responsibilities related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

Facilitated by Reesheda Graham Washington, principal consultant of RGW Consulting, LLC, discussions will cover

  • current state of DEI in our village
  • systems and processes that are already in place to support our DEI work
  • challenges or roadblocks we face as a village around DEI
  • next steps we should be taking to foster DEI progress

To ensure participants’ privacy and encourage organic conversations, these sessions will not be recorded or shared.
