The Cafe's weekly specials will include
SOUP: End-of-Summer Garden Vegetable Gazpacho
SALAD: Romaine Wedge with bacon and miniature tomatoes and choice of blue cheese, ranch, or balsamic dressing
SANDWICH: Ernest Hemingway, with warmed ham, ginger sesame gochujang mayo, cucumber, pickled vegetables, cilantro, and lime juice on a soft baguette (Thursday)
QUICHE: Goat Cheese & Sauteed Shallots and Gruyere, Ham & Arugula
SCONES: Cherry, Banana
CAKE: Carrot Cream Cheese Bundt (Wednesday)
