Learn about Ten Thousand Villages Glen Ellyn, a fair-trade retailer of artisan-crafted items from 38 countries, and the beneficiary of 2024 Summer Reading. Pam Eiten, Assistant Manager of Ten Thousand Villages Glen Ellyn will present a brief history of the store and explain fair trade and how items qualify as fair trade. Also, participate in a simple folk dance in celebration of cultural diversity! For adults and high school students.
