Listen and contribute as members of the Glen Ellyn community discuss Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

Facilitated by Reesheda Graham Washington, principal consultant of RGW Consulting, LLC, this session will focus on the

  • current state of DEI in our village
  • systems and processes that are already in place to support our increased capacity in DEI work
  • challenges or roadblocks we face as a village around DEI 
  • natural next best steps we should be taking to foster DEI progress

This meeting will encourage vocal and chat group participation.
