Dr. Eboo Patel is a Glenbard South graduate and one of the most prominent faith leaders in the U.S. He will speak about the topics in his book, Acts of Faith: The Story of an American Muslim, the Struggle for the Soul of a Generation, addressing racism, bullying, immigration, and building up the next generation of young people to bring about a more just and compassionate world. Patel presents his personal life story, which focuses on his faith development growing up a racial/ethnic/religious minority in Glen Ellyn.
