2025 Summer Reading

2025 Summer Reading | Level Up at Your Library | June 1 - July 31

Play is one of the ways we learn to relate to others, to think in new ways, and to foster friendships, new and old. Level Up at Your Library is an all ages summer reading program based around puzzles and games.

Readers of all ages can participate in 2025 Summer Reading! If 2,000 people register for summer reading, the Friends of the Library and the Glen Ellyn Library Foundation will each give $1,000 to our non-profit partner, Western DuPage Special Recreation Association (WDSRA), to support social & recreational programs for individuals of all ages with special needs.

Register at the Youth Desk, 2nd Floor Information Desk, or using Beanstack beginning Sunday, June 1.

Celebrate the beginning of summer reading at the Ice Cream Social on Monday, June 9 from 7-8:30 pm in the Glen Ellyn Public Library Parking Lot.
